Bylaws
PDK International® is governed by an international board of directors. Officers of the board are elected by the professional membership of the association. PDK is divided into geographic regions that are led by elected regional board members. The association abides by the bylaws of PDK International and upholds the goals of its mission and beliefs.
The PDK International Bylaws were approved by 96.3% of the voting membership on June 1, 2011 and supersede the former constitution and bylaws.
In order to ensure staggered terms, regions will hold elections in the following years:
Spring 2013 - Regions B & D
Spring 2014 - Regions A & C
Spring 2015 - Regions E & F
