Endow a Scholarship

Kappans can establish a legacy by creating an endowed scholarship fund that will assist tomorrow’s young people in making education a career. The minimum contribution is $10,000 and can be made in a lump sum, through monthly or yearly donations over a period up to five years, or by making a deferred gift through a bequest, annuity, trust, life insurance policy, or retirement fund.

News flash!  The PDK Educational Foundation Board of Governors has just announced an extension of the matching program begun in celebration of PDK's Centennial. The first ten new scholarship endowments created each year will be eligible for a $2,000 Foundation match. This means that when your endowment is fully funded, the Foundation will transfer $2,000 to your scholarship fund, making the value of your gift immediately $2,000 more than the amount you provided. Don't miss out on this very special opportunity to provide a lasting legacy for yourself and for future educators.
