Marvin and Ruth Fellers/Des Moines Area Iowa Chapter Scholarship Fund
The Marvin and Ruth Fellers/Des Moines Area Iowa Chapter Scholarship is awarded to an education student at Grand View College who is entering or currently student teaching.
Marvin Fellers and Ruth Fellers are longtime members of Phi Delta Kappa International. Both have been awarded emeritus membership status and are affiliated with the Des Moines Area Iowa chapter, where they held leadership positions for many years. The scholarship was established in Marvin's and Ruth's names in 1993 by the Des Moines Area Iowa chapter, and contributions came from chapter members and the Fellers family. Recipients are named by a chapter committee.
