SPECIAL RATES FOR STUDENTS TAKING EDUCATION CLASSES
Across the country many education department faculty members use the Phi Delta Kappan, the professional journal for education, to supplement their instructional materials in higher-level courses. In fact, we frequently hear from career educators who first became acquainted with Phi Delta Kappa and the Kappan as graduate students and who still use the Kappan to stay abreast of current trends and policy issues.
We are now happy to offer student groups taking classes in schools or departments of education the opportunity to receive an introductory one-year subscription to the Kappan at a special student rate of only $31.50 per year (10 issues). The Kappan will be conveniently mailed to students' home or school addresses. Subscriptions will begin with the first issue printed after receipt of the order.
Please print and distribute copies of this form to education faculty members who will be teaching courses to current and prospective teachers and administrators.
In order to make this offer possible, we ask only that the subscription information and payments be collected and mailed as a group. (We must have a minimum of four orders per form to offer these rates.)
Payments can be made by check, MasterCard, or VISA. To start with the September issue) must be received after June 30 and before August 5. Orders received after August 5 will start with the next available issue.
We know that education faculty members and students will enjoy many lively discussions generated by our cutting-edge coverage of the important issues in education. We look forward to hearing from you.
P.S. Individual subscriptions are also available. Order online or call our toll-free number, 800/766-1156, to order individual subscriptions by phone using MasterCard, American Express, MasterCard or VISA.
