Single copies of Kappan articles are available by contacting Terri Hampton at 800/766-1156 or by fax at 812/339-0018. There is a minimum $5 fee for copies. Please phone for further information on costs. Larger quantities of photocopies are also available.

Submit requests for copies of Kappan articles to: kappan@kiva.net (e-mail). There is a minimum $5 fee for copies. Please include your mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. Copies cannot be sent via e-mail.
