Can't Find Your ID?

When trying to log in, your user ID is usually your six-digit member number.

Members in ALL categories of membership have a membership ID number and a chapter number. Both numbers are needed to register with our website and these numbers can be found in several places shown below. See each membership type below for more details about ID numbers. Kappan subscriber information is also listed below.

Professional and International Electronic Members
Register with our site by entering your six-digit member number (no letters) and your four-digit chapter number. Select "Professional Member" and create your password.
Log In with your six-digit member number (no letters) and the password you created when you registered. Both are case sensitive.

Undergraduate Student Members
Register with our site by entering your four-digit member number (no letters) and your four-digit chapter number. Select "Undergraduate Member" and create your password.
Log In with your four-digit member number (no letters) and the password you created when you registered. Both are case sensitive.

Associate Members
Register with our site by entering your six-digit member number (no letters) and your four-digit chapter number. Select "Associate Member" and create your password.
Log In with your six-digit member number (no letters) and the password you created when you registered. Both are case sensitive.

Institutional Members
Register with our site PDK sets up the ID number and password for an institution and sends it to the institution's contact person.
Log In Users should get the ID number and password from the institution's contact person. Both are case sensitive.

Kappan Magazine Label

Kappan Subscribers
A subscriber is a person or an institution with a subscription to the Kappan magazine, but is not a member of Phi Delta Kappa.

ID numbers for subscribers begin with "K" and are followed by a six-digit number. These numbers can be found above your name or the name of your institution on the address label for your Kappan magazine as shown below.

Register with our site by entering only the six numbers following the "K" and not the "K" for your ID number. A subscriber does not have or need a chapter number. Select "Kappan Subscriber" and create your password.
Log In by entering a capital "K" followed by your six-digit number (no dash or space) and the password you created when you registered. Both are case sensitive.
