Password Help

Users create their own passwords when they log in to our site.

Passwords can be all letters or a combination of letters and numbers and up to 10 characters long. They cannot be all numbers.

Passwords are case sensitive (uppercase or lowercase letters).

Passwords cannot contain any special characters (i.e.#, &, %, *, etc.).

If you can't remember your password, enter your user ID (usually your six-digit member number) and click on "Reset Your Password". A new password will be emailed to you almost immediately. Remember that it is case sensitive. After you log in using this password, you can click on "Change Password" near the top of that screen and change it back to something more familiar.

If you do not receive the new password email in your inbox, look in your spam folder. Some spam blockers may view the email as spam because it is automatically generated. Or, it may be because your email address has changed. Send us your member ID number, name, and new email address and we will change it in our files.
