When you click on the link, the PowerPoint file may begin playing automatically or a window may open asking if you want to open the file or save it. Your personal computer and browser settings determine what happens.

Most PowerPoint files are very large. It may take several minutes to open depending on the speed of your Internet connection. You may want to try downloading it first then opening it on your personal computer.

To download PowerPoint files:
PC users: right click on the link and choose "Save Target As"
Mac users: Option+ Click on the link and choose "Save"
Save it to your computer desktop or in the folder of your choice.

To play PowerPoint files on your computer, open the file with a recent version of Microsoft PowerPoint software.
