The Maynard R. Bemis Center for Evaluation, Development, and Research (CEDR) is Phi Delta Kappa International's research department. The purposes of the center are to disseminate information about research, to improve people's understanding of the processes of research and evaluation, and to help teachers and administrators apply research findings in classrooms.
