Bedford Altrusa 2007 Walk for Education — Bedford, Indiana

The Bedford (IN) chapter of Altrusa again this year joined PDK members around the world in the Walk for Education. The weather for our September 22 nd Walk was beautiful and the number of participants we nearly doubled from last year. (We are hoping that is reflected in our money-raising effort!) We were glad to be joined by one of our members who, being unable to walk much distance, decided to ‘Rock' for Education! We feel this is a great way to promote both Altrusa and Phi Delta Kappa International in our town.

We are all looking forward to participating next year with even more of walkers! We welcome promotional ideas from other groups.
